What supposedly great things are you delighted to skip?
Omg, I knew I missed reading one of your pieces. But now I'm right up to date.
There are a couple of listings of yours that I personally find very appealing but most of them I'm in total agreement with.
Ice baths - the very idea makes me want to scream loudly.
8, 9 & 10 go without saying. Super cringe.
