I hope the practices and conversations I’ve been posting here over the past 4 weeks have been of some help in lowering feelings of anxiety for you.
This week, here’s an easy guided relaxation audio I made, that you can pop on and listen to. It includes a full body scan to help you consciously let go of anxiety and stored physical tensions.
