I hope the practices and conversations I’ve been posting here over the past four weeks have been of some help in lowering feelings of anxiety for you.
This week, here’s an easy guided relaxation audio I made, that you can pop on and listen to. It includes a full body scan to help you consciously let go of anxiety and stored physical tensions.
